2021 年初一新生网上购书通知 即日起至 6/12/2020 开放 2021 年初一新生网上购书系统,请全体初一新生及家长前往网页订购。

网上购书程序如下:

1. 登入网上购书网址:chhseclass.edu.my:81 详细阅读购书细则及购书步骤,完成购书程 序。

2. 确定选购书籍及总银额(Total)后,可以到财务处付款或以线上(Online Transfer)转账 至下列银行户口: Bank : United Overseas Bank (M) Bhd Name : Chung Hua High School Seremban A/C no.: 176-3-01813-5

3. 完成转账后,请务必将转账收据(Online Transfer Receipt)写上学生名字、学号 (21xxx)及“2021 书费”,再选择以下其中一种方式通知财务处: i. Fax : 06-7638250/06-7621890 ii. Email :chhsfinance@gmail.com iii. WhatsApp :016-2242782 .

注意:

(1) 请确保所购买的书籍及书费正确再进行付款,付款后恕不退款。

(2) 学校不鼓励使用 ATM 转账或现金存款(Cash bank-in)方式付款,因为有关付款的收据 无法辨识学生名字或学号等等详情。如果仍然必须要以 ATM 转账付款就请务必要把转 账收据清楚写上学生全名、学号、转账日期及“2021 书费”,然后用手机拍下并 WhatsApp 给财务处。

(3) 网上所公布之书籍为 2021 年度指定之课本及作业簿,同学们务必于开学前准备好。

(4) 为促使学校购书作业更加顺畅,请于 6/12/2020 前完成购书作业,逾期订购者,恕不 处理。

(5) 由于目前仍处于 CMCO,故领取课本及作业簿日期将再另行公布。

Re: Notice of Online booklist for 2021 Form 1 students

We are pleased to announce that the above online booklist is now ready. Kindly follow the following steps to place your order accordingly: –

1. Login to the Online Book Ordering website: chhseclass.edu.my:81 and follow the ordering guides as attached herewith to place your order as soon as possible.

2. After completing your order, you may choose to pay the total book fees at the Finance Department or through Online Transfer to: Bank : United Overseas Bank (M) Bhd (OUB) Name : Chung Hua High School Seremban A/C no. : 176-3-01813-5

3. Please print out or screen shot the Online Transfer Receipt, write down the name of the student, the student number and “Book fees”, and inform the Finance Department through: Fax : 06-7638250/06-7621890; or Email : chhsfinance@gmail.com; or WhatsApp : 016-2242782

Note:

1) Please ensure your order and the amount are correct before making payment. Payment made is not refundable.

2) Payment by ATM or Cash Bank-in are not encouraged as details such as student name, student number and payment details etc. cannot be stated clearly resulting in problem to identify actual payers. If however, you need to use ATM, please ensure that you write the student name, student number, “Book fees” and date of transfer of fund on the ATM Receipt, snap it and WhatsApp to the Finance Department.

3) All the books displayed on the Book List are needed and will be used in the 2021 academic year.

4) Kindly complete the Online Book Ordering process as soon as possible, the deadline is until 6th November 2020. Order after the deadline will not be entertained.

5) As we are still under CMCO, the dates for collecting books will be announced in due course. Should you require further information, kindly contact the Bookshop at 06-7612782 ext. 131, 133 and 132.For payment related enquires, you may contact the Finance Department at 06-7612782 ext. 106 for assistance.
