以下几点请相关人员协助及配合。
1.请各班班导师了解班上同学在春节假期有到国外旅游者及时段（特别是中国的那个城市）。并私讯资料给李家成副校长。
2.请各行政主任了解单位职员（包括本身）在春节假期有到国外旅游者及时段（特别是中国的那个城市）。并私讯资料给陈伟松副校长。
3.若1月30日前一天感到身体不适，并有感冒、发烧和咳嗽症状，请请病假在家里休息。
4.请同学们主动配合向班导提供讯息。
5.请大家尽量做好一切防范流感的措施。

Dear Chung Hua High School staffs, teachers and students:
Recently, Wuhan pneumonia has spread from China to other countries. Please pay more attention to your health status. If you have a cold, fever, or cough, please seek medical treatment quickly and avoid crowds. The following points are requested for assistance and cooperation.
- To form techers, please understand the classmates who have traveled abroad during the Chinese New Year holiday and the time period (especially that city in China). And private information to Vice Principle, Mr Lee .
- To head of departments, please understand that the staff (including themselves) of the unit will have foreign tourists and time periods during the Spring Festival holiday (especially that city in China). And private information to Vice Principle, Mr Chan.
- If you feel unwell the day before January 30 and have symptoms of a cold, fever and cough, please take sick leave to rest at home.
