在学校假期期间，芙中教职员参与了一系列专业培训，包括与卫生局举办的宿舍餐厅管理培训、与中国新师者教育科技研究院学术院长，吕佩橙教授到校举办的《教育者的语言修养》讲座、爱EQ教育集团创始人罗伟桄老师的《赞美的力量》教育培训课程，以及部门内外的讨论与跨部门协作培训。

这些培训旨在促进教职员工的自我成长与专业发展，体现了“活到老，学到老”的学习精神。

Every year, the school will organise various skills development trainings for teachers and staff. Through these trainings, our teachers are able to keep up with new changes, learn, unlearn and relearn knowledge for the betterment of our students.
